Definitely This Time (今度はもう絶対に, Kondo wa Mou Zettai ni) is the thirty-eighth episode and the thirteenth episode of the 2nd season of the Kuroko no Basuke anime.
Synopsis[]

Akashi's full appearance after he cut his hair
Kagetora said that the second years of Seirin can improve their individual skills in less than a month, but when asked about Kuroko, he said that he is a mutant and that he doesn't know what to teach him. He even said that Kuroko might face a wall. Kagami did not appear in the opening of Winter Cup, as apparently he forgot about the time difference of LA and Japan. Kuroko got summoned by the captain of Generation of Miracles, Seijūrō Akashi. Furihata follows him. While a normal conversation between the Generation of Miracles seems scary for Furihata, Kagami arrives.

Aomine scores
It is the first meeting between Kagami and Akashi. However, it turns out to be a bad one as Akashi took Midorima's scissors and attempted to attack Kagami, the latter managing to dodge, but had a slight cut on his face. Then comes Seirin vs Tōō Academy, with Aomine getting satisfied that Kagami has improved. Tip off and Seirin attempted to go all out at first, but gets the ball stolen and Sakurai lobs to Aomine for the first points of the game. Going down at first, it was expected, and with Kuroko's improved Ignite Pass getting ready to be launched, how will the intense match progress?
