- When the first years were planning their trip to the Street Basketball 5 on 5 tournament, the second-years of the team were there to hear it as well.
- At the tournament, Kuroko did not ask Kagami about his ring, while he did notice Kagami fidgeting with it in the manga.
- Furihata and Fukuda did not comment about Kagami's fluent English during the brief conversation with Himuro like in the manga.
- Alexandra Garcia makes a cameo appearance in the anime at the scene where Kagami and Himuro undergo basketball training.
- When Kagami and Himuro were playing against each other in the States, Kagami heard from Himuro's wrist injury from the audience, while in the anime, he noticed Himuro's bandaged arm.
- Murasakibara's TONIC WATER T-shirt in the manga was depicted in a more higher detailed fashion whereas in the anime, the words were replaced with bars and the silhouette images were replaced with simple shapes.
- Silhouettes belonging from three members of the Generation of Miracles were shown in the anime, but not in the manga.
