Kazuma Shinagawa (品川 一真, Shinagawa Kazuma) is the former center of Nakamiya South High.

Shinagawa has a bald head. He wears glasses and always keeps his eyes closed. He is the tallest member of his team.
Shinagawa wears the Nakamiya South High uniform with the number 5.

Shinagawa is first seen leaving the stadium with his team-mates after watching Seirin High vs Tōō Academy. They discuss about their surprise to see Too loose and their confidence to beat Seirin.[1] The match goes extremely well for Shinagawa's team, who are more motivated than their opponent. They dominate Seirin in the two first quarters.
Seirin turns the tide and finally wins at the end at 83-77. Shinagawa and the others wish luck to the winners for their next matches.[2]

Etymology[]
- The name Kazuma means "one" (一) (kazu) and "real, genuine" (真) (ma).
- Kazuma's surname Shinagawa means "goods, refinement, article, thing, dignity, counter for meal courses" (品) (shina) and "river, stream" (川) (kawa/gawa).
