The Nationals, or the National Sports Meet, is one of the most important high school basketball tournament in Japan.[1] It gathers all the Interhigh winners from each prefecture to compete in one all-star tournament. The winners of the nationals can call themselves the best of Japan.
Since the Winter Cup is still ongoing, the Nationals haven't started yet.
Nationals (Junior High)[]

There is also a national competition for Junior High schools. Teikō Junior High is a strong competitor in this and dominated for three years straight, with its Generation of Miracles power team.
